Welcome to Jim’s Humble Pie Co.

For as long as I can remember, the kitchen has felt like home. By the age of four, I was already by my mom’s side, helping her bake and cook—those moments remain some of my most cherished memories.

As I grew up, so did my love for cooking. By twelve, I was running our church pancake breakfasts, flipping flapjacks with pride as the official “pancake guy.” In my teens, I started experimenting—taking boxed macaroni and cheese and turning it into something "elevated." (My friends still talk about my seven-cheese mac and cheese.)

In my early twenties, I found myself drawn to baking pies. I started with a simple apple pie recipe. It was good—but good wasn’t good enough. I tweaked, I tested, and I tasted, over and over again. I’m not an innovator—I’m a perfector. And that’s how my signature apple pie was born.

My friends raved about it. Again and again, I heard the same thing: “You should sell these.”

So in 2024, I finally took the leap. I turned a beloved hobby into something bigger. And now, here we are.
